Mark Freeman is welcomed to the starting six while Paul West and  Barry "Bonecrusher" Goodwin also joined the Massey this year from round 2 at Portsea. 

All started with a handicap of 35 with Bazza snaring a par round but "Henry" kicked off with an inglorious net 84 or 119 off the stick! Only later to ditch his day job and turn "professional" before returning a net 54 or 86 off the stick at Carrington Park to bring his handicap down to 24 in round 5.

AND GLENN CHOKES

There were two rounds on the final weekend where Glenn declared "daylight second" as he was going to do an "Ajax". However there was still the Saturday night and the chicken schnitzel to overcome followed by a viewing of the smoked oysters during the card game and Glenn chokes! (refer Massey video). 

Unfortunately once again, the scores from Yarrawonga were not able to be retained. However, Jimmy won the Massey becoming the third winner in three years.
